If you are not fully satisfied, Ultimate Artworks will refund your purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the item. Ultimate Artworks will make sure the item is in perfect condition and properly crated and packed before pick-up from the shipping company. The customer is responsible to examine the item for any damage upon arrival, and if there is any damage an insurance claim must be filed in a timely fashion with the responsible carrier by the customer. Ultimate Artworks is not responsible for any damage that may occur while the item is in transit.
